Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and product type.

Order Process

All our products are personalized and made to order. Here is what to expect after placing your order:

1. Design & Production

   Once your order is placed, we begin working on your personalized item. Production typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the product type. Times may increase during periods of high demand.
   

2. Dispatch

   After production is complete, your order is handed off to our shipping partner and dispatched to your address. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Times

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product and your location, and are calculated at checkout. The estimates above reflect transit time after dispatch — they do not include production time.

Please note: these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and accept no responsibility, beyond advising you of any known delays, for orders delivered after the estimated timeframe.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by US customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in your order total.
