No Returns or Cancellations:

Every item in our store is produced specifically for you, according to your specifications. For this reason, once an order is confirmed and production has begun, it is not possible to cancel, return, or exchange the item.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or edited, as production begins immediately. If you notice a mistake right after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to help before production moves forward.

Refunds:

As all our products are personalized, they are not eligible for a refund once production has started. If production has not yet begun and you reach out immediately after placing your order, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately with photos of the issue — we will send a replacement at no additional cost. This guarantee is valid for 30 days after delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under European Union law, consumers generally have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, as provided in Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c). Since all of our products are personalized, this exception applies to all of our orders.

Delivery Times

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. The timeframes shown on our website are average estimates — some orders may take longer or arrive sooner. We are not liable for delivery delays, but we will always keep you informed of any known delays.
